The BBC Television licence fee is an archaic form of control. In medieval times churches used to control the masses using guilt and shame.
Now TV Licensing use the same tactics.
BBC, TV Licensing, presently use the bullyboys at Capita Group plc to rein in the Dodgers, Evaders, Scabs and Thief's.
Its just not British, Is It?
